the 'dreaded' conversation about salary was today...
went as expected which equates to the offer did not meet my expectations!!
quite a long way short which sent me into a spin...
then had a great therapy session and a great chat with colleague...both convinced me to hold out for what I believe I am worth!
soooo here we go!!
