yep, it seems i have realised that my latest addiction (not shopping, even though the last 2 weeks of intense activity might suggest otherwise) is in fact exercise...
yep, for those of you who know me and know me well, you may well be raising your eyebrows at this statement...
but it's true! a coupla weeks ago i blogged that i had finally flicked that switch in my brain whereby i no longer see exercise a chore but something that is absolutely about and for me...
so today, after my tennis lesson was aborted due to heavy rain last night, i was up and out there before 7.30am...pounding the pavements and loving it! even threw something of a run in today...
seriously, i am LOVING exercise! it's free, it's good for you, it makes me feel good (physically and emotionally)...and i can listen to music whilst doing it
can an addiction be better than that? honestly, can it? sure good sex could fall into that category, in fact it does....but seriously, i'm hooked!
