so the panic about losing over 3 years of my blog (aka my journal) was enough to spur me into action, and i am pleased to say that effective 1 minute ago, i have a backup of every post!
yep, it's done! didn't take that long and of course it's not automated (not yet anyway, until i can speak to some IT friend...times like these would be good to be able to turn around and ask Benny - he was always fabulous with IT stuff)...but it will be! automated that is..when i work out how
so, no more worrying about losing the whole thing...i would be nothing short of devastated! not only is there some great writing in amongst the many posts (some of which are complete and utter crap, the ramblings of a forty something at times unhinged woman) but it represents my personal journey - not something i would be happy to part with, especially if i ever become infamous enough (he he) to write my memoirs...
wishful thinking really...
anyway, panic over, backup created...finally i can crawl into bed
